Essential Support is entry-level support offering 24x7 phone support with the Brocade Technical Assistance Center (TAC), online self-service tools, and your choice of hardware replacement Service Level Agreement (SLA).
Premier Support
Premier Support is the highest level of support we provide. It is a proactive, high-touch offering that includes all features of Brocade Essential Support (24x7 phone support with the Brocade Technical Assistance Center (TAC), online self-service tools, and your choice of hardware replacement SLA) plus access to Premier Monitoring--a remote network monitoring service and a Support Account Manager (SAM). Support Account Managers serve as the customer’s single point of contact for all support-related activities.

several add-on features designed to augment the customer’s support contract by adding value and functionality. These features include Fast Pass to Expertise, Network Monitoring Service, Secure Service, and the Onsite Support Engineer.
Implementation, Migration and Residency Services
Brocade Premier Implementation and Migration Services provide customers with the knowledge and expertise required to optimize their Storage Area Networks throughout any phase of the product lifecycle. Our consultants leverage industry best practices and proven methodologies to plan, deploy, and manage all aspects of the customer’s environment.
